As part of the PHE core Curriculum and National Minimum Standards of training, delegates must demonstrate their competence on live patients. We provide an easy-to-use competency assessment form which can be used by delegates to obtain a competency assessment on live patients at their chosen location (usually with either an experienced pharmacist, a doctor, or an experienced nurse) in a live clinic. The delegates should find their own locations to do this part of the assessment after the training workshop. However for those delegates unable to find an experienced colleague to work with, we can provide support at our own pharmacy located in Rutland.
